Data Protection
- POPIA compliant — Protection of Personal Information Act (South Africa)
- Personal information is processed lawfully and transparently
- Data subjects may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data
Data Retention
Archival records are retained permanently in accordance with archival legislation. User account data is retained for the duration of the account and deleted upon request.
Audit Trail
All modifications to records are logged in an audit trail for accountability and provenance tracking.
